Our dry-aged prime ribeye steaks are intensely marbled, incredibly tender, and aged to perfection to develop a rich, beefy flavour and nutty aroma.

Preferred Preparation

Sear the ribeye over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until medium-rare (130–135°F / 54–57°C), then rest before serving. Its natural richness pairs beautifully with buttery potatoes, roasted mushrooms, or a bold red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon.
