Pork Chop Center Cut

Duroc pork chops have excellent marbling for a pork cut. Brine 30 minutes in salted water to keep the lean eye moist through cooking.

Sear in a hot pan 3–4 minutes per side, then rest. Cook to 145°F internal — a slightly pink centre is safe, juicy, and ideal.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
