Ground Bison

Straight from the free-roaming high plains of Canada, Butcher Shoppe ground bison is lean, flavourful, and packed with protein, nutrients, and important amino acids. A great alternative to our other ground meats.

Season your ground bison with salt and pepper, form into patties, and grill! We recommend that you melt some white cheddar cheese on top and serve between ciabatta buns.

Refrigerate bison and use within 2–3 days of purchase. Freeze vacuum-sealed for up to 12 months. Bison quality holds remarkably well frozen.
