Ingredients

  • The Butcher Shoppe turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Chopped herbs of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 390F (200C)
  2. Divide turkey breast into three even cuts
  3. Take one piece and divide in half
  4. Take one of these pieces and divide into long strips approximately 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 inch thick and as long as the piece of breast allows
  5. Take herbs of choice, chop finely and mix with oil salt and pepper
  6. Spread herb mix along strips and roll up
  7. Stick a skewer through the roll so that stays rolled
  8. Place strips on a lined baking tray and place in oven
  9. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or turkey is cooked through
