Ingredients
- The Butcher Shoppe turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Chopped herbs of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 390F (200C)
- Divide turkey breast into three even cuts
- Take one piece and divide in half
- Take one of these pieces and divide into long strips approximately 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 inch thick and as long as the piece of breast allows
- Take herbs of choice, chop finely and mix with oil salt and pepper
- Spread herb mix along strips and roll up
- Stick a skewer through the roll so that stays rolled
- Place strips on a lined baking tray and place in oven
- Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or turkey is cooked through
