We often say that Butcher Shoppe ribeye steaks are nicknamed “The King of Steaks”, and our ribeye roast is no exception.

Preferred Preparation

Ribeye benefits from high heat to properly render the natural marbling. Sear a 1-inch steak for 3–4 minutes per side, then rest 5–7 minutes before serving so the juices settle back into the meat.

Storage & Freshness

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
