These wagyu tenderloin steaks offer intense intramuscular marbling that melts while your steak cooks, deep, rich red colour, and tenderness and flavour that cannot be matched.

Preferred Preparation

Keep it simple and let the Wagyu tenderloin steak speak for itself. We particularly love a pan-fried preparation in a cast-iron skillet, always striving for that lovely crusty sear on the outer edges.

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
