Preferred Preparation
Heat a cast iron pan or griddle until it is as hot as it can possibly get. Place the ball, smash immediately and firmly with a spatula and do not touch it for 2-3 minutes. Flip once, add cheese and serve immediately. The crust is everything — and it only happens with the right meat and the right heat.
Storage & Freshness
Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
