We recommend patting your turkey drums dry with a paper towel, coating with a seasoned butter mixture (there are plenty of recipe variations available on the internet), before roasting in the oven.

Ships frozen — thaw in the fridge before cooking and use within 2 days. Freeze local turkey portions up to 6 months before opening.
