Bratwurst Sausage

Our bratwurst is always stuffed into natural casings, which is what gives the sausage that signature snap when you bite into it. We also twist the links by hand, keeping the sausage tight and evenly portioned without compressing the meat.

Ingredients: Pork, Spice (spices, sugars [dextrose], salt, lemon flavor), Salt, Water.

Grill over medium heat for about 18–20 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned and cooked through. For extra flavour, some cooks like to simmer bratwurst briefly in beer and onions before finishing on the grill or in a hot pan.

Arrives frozen. Hand - stuffed in a natural casing and delivered frozen so the sausages keep their shape, texture, and flavour.
