Chorizo Meat Patty

The Butcher Shoppe began years and years ago selling sausages in the Kensington Market, so we take special pride in the quality of our sausages. This is fresh chorizo the way it should be. You can make patties or sausages with this incredible grind.

Ingredients: Freshly ground pork shoulder, Water, Paprika, Salt, Black pepper, Crushed chilies, Caraway ground, White pepper, Garlic, Dextrose.

Pan-fry or grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Arrives fresh. Keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
