Our air-chilled whole spatchcock chicken is fully butterflied with the backbone removed for quicker, more even cooking, while still keeping the wings and drumsticks bone-in for added flavour. We season each bird in-house with our BBQ dry rub, making it an easy, ready-to-cook option for the grill or oven.
